This may include background location information while an active job is underway, including when the technician application is running in the background where permitted by the device and operating system.
We may use technician location information for purposes including:

We do not intend to continuously track technicians when they are off duty or after an active service assignment has ended.

If you choose to connect your vehicle through Smartcar or another supported connected-vehicle provider, we may receive vehicle information that you authorize the provider to share with us.
Depending on the vehicle, manufacturer, provider, and permissions you grant, this could include:
